The program of TEL'2014 (Theory, Engineering, Language) will include overview lectures, reports, discussions and software demonstrations. Abstracts of accepted reports (up to 4 pages), will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference. By decision of the organizing committee, selected papers will be published in a peer-reviewed journal.
