Tatarstan Academy of Sciences

June 28, 2018 the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences hosted The VII Regional Scientific and Practical Conference "Formation and Development of the Intellectual Property Market in the Region". The event was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences, the Kazan Federal University, the Kazan State Energy University, the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property, the Society of Inventors and Rationalizers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Free Economic Society of Russia, The Economic Society of the Republic of Tatarstan and others.

A welcoming speeches at the plenary session was made by the TAS Vice-President V. Khomenko, the vice-rector for engineering activities of the Kazan Federal University, the corresponding member of the TAS N. Kashapov, the vice-rector for scientific work of the Kazan State Energy University E. Shamsutdinov etc.

The work of the Conference was organized in such areas as:
• Assessment of the risks of professional activity of intellectual property market participants and their compensation.
• Methodological and mathematical approaches to risk assessment (scientific, technological, commercial, patent). Risks of commercialization of innovative projects.
• Provision of software and mathematical competencies in the training of personnel for the organization and conduct of electronic trading in OIC.
